Return Policy
You may return new and unopened products in
the original shipping container or
equivalent within 30 days of delivery for a
refund minus all shipping and handling
expenses.
Credit will be issued within a period of 30
days after the receipt of the product and it
has been determined that the product has not
been opened and is in brand new condition.
You may return opened products in the
original shipping container or equivalent
for a refund minus all shipping and handling
expenses if you initiate the return within 14
days of delivery. In addition, a 20%
restocking fee will be applied. If it has
been determined that the product is not in
brand new condition and all accessories
shipped with the product are not returned,
then no refund will be issued and the
returned product becomes property of
Wearable Inc.
Credit will be issued within a period of 30
days after receipt of the product and it has
been determined that the product is in brand
new condition.
Please refer to
the warranty for
exchange instructions. This policy applies
only for products purchased directly from
Wearable Inc. If the products were purchased
from another party, please contact that
party for return instructions.
Return Instructions
To return any product, contact Wearable Inc. at support@airstash.com. You will need proof of the original date of purchase, the serial number for the device, and a detailed description as to why you are making the return.
You must obtain a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number and instructions from Wearable Inc. prior to sending in your product for service or return. After receiving the RMA, the product must be received by Wearable Inc. within thirty (30) days. Products shipped must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. Wearable Inc. is not responsible for any return shipping costs.
Note: If you seek service in a country that is not the country of purchase, you will comply with all applicable export laws and regulations and be responsible for all custom duties, V. A. T., and other associated taxes and charges.
