To check the version of your AirStash software from an iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad, connect to your AirStash by following the instructions in the Quick Start Guide, then choose "Settings" from the icons at the bottom of the screen and tap the "About" button.

Current Software Version: 1.0.3, released 2011-07-26

This update improves the compatibility of AirStash with some USB powered ports and chargers.

Known Issues:

• Photo viewing in HTML5 may crash or repeat photos
  • Workaround: Reduce photo size to lower than ~6MP
  • This is a bug in Safari on iOS versions lower than 4.3. For best results, update your Apple device or use our AirStash+ app from the App Store.
• Videos with subtitles may cause inconsistent playback
  • This is a bug in Apple iOS and may be addressed by Apple in a future release.
• iTunes purchased files can only be played in Safari, not in HTML5 app
  • Workaround: Play iTunes DRM files by navigating to http://airstash.net/ from within Safari
  • You can also use the AirStash+ app from the App Store

• WebDAV
  • Not all applications are currently compatible with AirStash. See our knowledge base for a list of compatible applications and instructions on using them.
  • Authentication is not implemented (name and password are not needed; if an application requires it, use any name and password).
  • Not all methods are supported for other WebDAV applications including creating new directories and renaming files.
• WPA/WPA2 encryption is not currently available. It will be available in a future version of the software.
