Termination

Termination of the Site to You or of the Site in its entirety does not relieve You of your obligations contained in the Terms of Use.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Wearable Inc. and its' officers, directors, and employees harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims, or expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees), incurred by Wearable Inc. or its' officers, directors, and employees in connection with any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
Entire Agreement
The terms and conditions included in the Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between Wearable Inc. and You, in respect to use of the Site.
Severability
All provisions of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices are, notwithstanding the manner in which they have been grouped together or linked grammatically, severable from each other. Any provision of any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices, which is or becomes unenforceable in any jurisdiction, shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of this agreement; the remainder of the terms and conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
Jurisdiction
Wearable Inc. is a registered corporation in the state of Illinois and is operated in Illinois. You agree to be subject to the laws of Illinois by accessing the Site.
